We are an active member of the Collision Repair Association and are recognised as a Structural Repair Centre.  The CRA aims to provide quality and safety assurance to customers by assuring its members are suitable to be qualified and their work meets its own high standards. We are also a member of the Collision Repair Guarantee Scheme.

Customers can identify association members and be assured of a high standard of workmanship, by the CRA quality assured logo which appears in our reception area.

Our Offices are Quality Assured. This is an ISO accreditation standard that has been specifically designed for this industry by the Collision Repair Association.  We do a monthly internal audit of the system and an annual audit is done by an accredited CRA auditor.

As part of our vision to be recognised as one of the leading collision repair organisations in North Auckland we are committed to a number of quality assurance and operational efficiency programs.

US-developed I-CAR technical skills standard: Half of all our staff have achieved the highest Silver Level status in this technical skills standard. It is a requirement that all staff take part in this technical standard and skill development program.

LIFETIME WARRANTY on all insurance claim repairs.

Warkworth Collision Repairs will repair, free of charge, any defects in workmanship unless caused by unreasonable use, maintenance or care of the vehicle. This warranty shall be null and void if the repair is altered, adjusted or tampered with by any person not authorised by Warkworth Collision Repairs.
